Q: Do I have to make an appointment?

A:Because of the nature of the service, and the limited number of loaner cars, you do need to make an appointment in advance. This helps us guarantee that we'll have a loaner INFINITI available for you to use. While we know that things can suddenly pop up that you weren't expecting, we might not be able to guarantee a loaner car without setting one aside in advance.

We recommend making your appointment at least 4 to 7 days in advance, otherwise we might not be able to guarantee a loaner. This is an extremely popular program, because a lot of people don't want to or simply can't be stuck without a vehicle.

Q: Is there a cleaning fee?

A:Usually there's not, but that depends on the state of the loaner vehicle when you return it. Smoking in one or transporting a pet will result in a $275.00 detailing fee.

Q: Are there other restricitons with INFINITI loaner vehicles?

A:There are some other restrictions you need to know about when you get a loaner vehicle. First of all, you can't modify the car or SUV in any way. 2015 Q50 & Q70 Awarded Top Safety Pick+ by IIHS

Owning a 2015 INFINITI Q50 or Q70 means you can enjoy more peace of mind. The two sedans recently went through testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and were given the highest award of Top Safety Pick+. Instead of having to worry about car crashes, you can rest assured knowing that both vehicles are incredibly safe. IIHS has a solid reputation for evaluating just how safe vehicles are. The organization puts each car, truck and SUV it tests through a series of tests. For any model to be named a Top Safety Pick, it must get a "good" rating in the moderate front overlap, side, head restraint and roof strength tests, plus at least either a "good" or "acceptable" rating in the notorious small overlap front test. more Earning the highest rank of Top Safety Pick+ is even more difficult since it involves attaining the same scores as Top Safety Pick vehicles, plus netting an "advanced" or "superior" rating for front crash prevention technologies. In other words, the car not only does well in a crash, but is also useful at preventing them. Both the 2015 INFINITI Q50 and Q70 performed exceptionally well in all of the IIHS safety tests, which is why consumers can trust their very lives and the lives of their loved ones to the cars. Thanks to several innovations, the sedans excel in crashworthiness, keeping occupants free form harm in a variety of situations. Ultra-high strength steel provides excellent reinforcement for the frame, and zone construction prevents intrusions into the occupant cell. The Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS) technology helps with avoiding drifting lanes, something that can easily cause an accident. A small camera is mounted behind the windshield, monitoring the lane lines on the road. If the car starts to wander without a turn signal turned on, the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) system uses visual and audio alerts to get the driver's attention. When this happens, the system also provides light steering inputs to bring the car back to the center of the lane, if the driver ignores the warnings that are issued. At the same time, the Active Lane Control (ALC) makes minor steering corrections when driving on the highway, keeping the vehicle centered in its lane at all times. On top of that, the INFINITI Forward Emergency Braking (FEB) system acts as an extra set of eyes for the driver, helping to take off a significant amount of pressure. When FEB detects a potential collision in front of the vehicle, it gets the driver's attention using both audible and visual alerts. The system also applies partial braking, allowing the car to come to a full stop in less time, potentially avoiding a crash. If for whatever reason the driver doesn't react to the first round of cautions, even more urgent warnings sound out. More pressure is applied to the brakes, potentially mitigating or completely preventing a collision. Buyers can also add the optional Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW) system. It works to tell drivers when there are different risks that lie outside of the field of view. The advanced technology not only detects the presence of other vehicles on the road, it measures their distance from the car and their relative velocity. In addition, it can read a line of vehicles on the road, which means the system can detect when traffic ahead is slowing down. Another INFINITI, the QX60 SUV, also went through the IIHS tests recently. It performed well, capturing a Top Safety Pick rating, further demonstrating INFINITI's commitment to safety.

Our 5 Favorite INFINITI Tech Features

INFINITI offers many unique advantages to car shoppers, making it the obvious choice for those who enjoy the best of the industry. When it comes specifically to technology, the brand is a leader on many fronts. Drivers and passengers alike enjoy excellent aids and comforts as a result, filling them with confidence and keeping them well-connected no matter where they venture. Here are our 5 favorite features available on INFINITI models today: more 1. Smart Keys for Smart Owners The Intelligent Key technology provides INFINITI owners with tremendous convenience. As the driver approaches, the vehicle actually detects that the key is near, no matter if it is in a purse, pocket or anywhere else. The driver only has to push the button on the door handle to actuate the locks. Of course, owners can lock or unlock the car when they're further away by pressing the corresponding button. Instead of inserting the key in the ignition, drivers only have to press the Start button to fire up the engine. As long as the key stays inside the car, it will continue to operate normally. Pressing the Start button again shuts off the engine. 2. Keeping Your Bumpers Dent-Free One key safety technology is INFINITI's Forward Emergency Braking, which calculates the distance between the car and the vehicle in front of it. Through constant monitoring, the system detects the first signs of a possible collision, warning the driver so the appropriate action can be taken. A two-stage warning system is part of the technology, with the first stage alerting the driver visually and audibly that a risk has been detected. The system actually pushes the accelerator up, and if the driver eases off, partial braking begins. The second stage warns of an imminent collision, using stronger alerts and automatically applying harder braking to mitigate or avoid an accident. In a parallel way, the Bitcoin gambling industry growth shows how proactive innovation—through blockchain security and transparent transactions—can reduce risks and improve user trust in rapidly evolving markets. 3. Connecting You and Your Car Connectivity is a part of everyday life. For example, you carry a phone that can instantly put you in touch with people all around the world, through a variety of methods. To address this need to connect constantly, the INFINITI InTouch system leverages the latest technologies. Drivers can customize the menus on the touchscreen. The INFINITI Connection feature can help vehicle owners remember appointments and other important things. It also automatically can call for help after an accident and report if the vehicle has been stolen. Drivers can use a mobile device to remotely lock and unlock the doors, plus receive maintenance alerts. 4. Seeing Where You Can't The Around View Monitor technology provides greater security and confidence than other onboard camera systems, helping INFINITI to stand tall among the competition. It virtually eliminates all blind spots for the driver, helping when maneuvering through parking lots or other tight spots. This is done with four different cameras mounted strategically on the vehicle, providing a 360-degree view of its surroundings. The current version includes Moving Object Detection, which alerts the driver when movement is detected anywhere around the car, keeping everyone safe. 5. Adapting to Your Drive A first in the automotive industry is Direct Adaptive Steering, a technology that allows the driver to choose one of three steering modes that best suits the situation. Thanks to groundbreaking electronics, the vehicle's steering mechanism has been improved, actually giving drivers a feeling of greater precision. The feature is especially useful when driving over roads with rough patches or potholes, because the system factors those out and eliminates the need to constantly adjust the steering angle. Even vibrations from the road are isolated, translating into a smoother and more enjoyable experience for the person behind the wheel, every time. Thinking you might go with INFINITI?
